About Me

I’ve led product design organizations across healthcare, insurance, staffing, and recruitment tech, scaling teams and working alongside executive partners to create trusted user experiences. I’ve developed UX orgs for startups and enterprise companies, including athenahealth, EverQuote, and Indeed. Some of my most impactful work includes leading UX for AI-powered hiring experiences and defining the design strategy for a consumer marketplace that increased conversions by nearly 50%. 

Today, I help organizations grow by expanding design capabilities, improving operations, and creating products and services that customers value.

I’m based in Boston, remote-friendly, and currently available for full-time leadership roles and select fractional engagements.
